Neal Tire & Auto Svc

I called on a Saturday morning desperate to get my window fixed.....Tom, the manager, was kind and professional when he told me to come on in. He quoted me $35 to $65 just to set it up since the motor had gone out. I got there and was received very well. Offered me coffee and cookies with much respect. Also offered me an oil change at a great price while I was there, which I needed, so I did. With many other cars to fix, they got to mine quickly and informed me of its statis periodically. They did what they were supposed to do and came through on the $35, the lowest quote, to do the job I needed. more

AWFUL is to good of a score for this establishment....... This place is a money hungry place but then again if I gave the service that this place does I guess I would get the money any way possible, even if I had to rip off the customer. I was told that I needed new bearings for my car following an alignment that didn't happen. So trying to help this establishment out I went and bought the parts for them to save them time. Well low and behold, they won't use the parts even though they are from the store that they purchase things from because they will lose the mark-up. So, lets do the math here.....My parts cost me $300.00 at the parts store, and Neal Tire expects for me to take back the parts that have been purchased so that they can make a 5 minute call and mark the price up 45-50% bringing my new cost up to nearly $450.00, for something that I paid $300.00, for. And the real sad part of this is that I have been a very good customer of this establishment and just happen to be very close to someone that works there. What a shame that in this bad economic time that Neal Tire feels that money rules over customer service. I hope that the citizens of this community think twice before you go to this establishment. Maybe a lesson needs to be learned that you just don't kick people when they are down! SHAME ON YOU NEAL TIRE AND ITS MANAGEMENT! more
