after waiting somewhere around 4 months for someone to fix our dishwasher, someone came while i was at the doctor..left a paper on my table saying they fixed it..they did not. i called several other times, they told me that they were to busy at that moment but would make a note and someone would get to it as soon as they could. 2 more weeks past and just after sending us a note that their buildings would be being inspected they finally came and replaced it. I ran one load, unloaded it and the lock on top would not lock. Being around 4:30 p.m. i started calling them right away, of course all calls went to a machine, finally after 4 calls i left a message, by this time it was around 4:50 p.m. and i knew no one would bother, and I was right...it is now after 5, and nothing...but boy oh boy if your rent isn't there on the first they are charging you...maybe we should charge them. in fact, i think that is a fantastic idea..make them be accountable, if they do not come when promised, you get money, if they don't fix whatever in reasonable time, you get more money..that works for me...let's join forces and do something about it. If we knew all this in the beginning, we would never have moved here, and i am current on my rent and am never late with it...never !! i guess they don't appreciate that.
