I have lived here for almost 2 years, and let me tell you its been a life time. i had a problem with a broken dishwasher rack that they fixed with a nut and bolt...not the correct pieces, that took 2 months for them to do. and they came in when i wasn't home and told them not to enter my apartment if i was not there, but i guess they just didn't care. when we had those nasty storms earlier this year water was poring in from the deck upstairs and came down through the wall and pored out from the sliding glass door...so another 3 months passed and countless complaints took place before they replaced the door, and caulked the floor of the deck upstairs. had a leaky toilet for 6 months before it was fixed, not well mind you and then had to get a new toilet. the old staff was incompetent and slow. and the new management and some new staff are just the same. they still have the same maintenance people that don't know what they are doing. the rent is way too much for what you are actually paying for. the buildings are very old, the walls are paper thin....no joke i can clearly here the people across the hall talking...not yelling but just talking at a regular tone. once my lease is up in gone....one more thing, if it rains a little you will have flooding, at least by my apartment it comes up to my main door to the building which is a good foot deep, and is deeper in other areas. hope this helps you out in not choosing this place. good luck.
