Review content:
I got a call from this company and she ask for some one other than me and said she called yesterday for him. I told her about what time that he be home and ask her who she was. She told me it was for an Atm and I said would you like to talk to his wife and she said your not his wife and I said no. What happen to the privacy act to protect people. So I hand the phone to his wife and she ask her if she called cell because she gave it to her to call him. So his wife ask for the phone number and her name she said phone number is 704-841-2424 and my name is Brandy and to have him call me.
I know that all the time that I have had people call here for my husband and when I saw he not home they will not tell me what it is about unless my name is on the account and I have to prove it first. This is the right way for the for the sake of some ones privacy which shows me that this company has no respect for peoples rights at all and the same goes with people phones numbers that they don't even pay. The reason she gave her the cell phone number is because that is the only phone they have. The phone number they are calling is mine!!! I know he behind on some of his bills because he just left the Army after 10 years and has done 3 tours over sea's and they are just saying here until they can get on there feet again. He has been paying his bills, but he just found a job which he was so lucky to find one with the poor economy. You also have the circumstances occur and people find themselves in predicaments out of their controls like the babies get sick and no insurance so all the medicines and other stuff that the children ""CAN NOT GO WITH OUT AT ALL"". It takes time to catch up but you can do that but you can not replace people or children. I do have the right to post this they read it and gave me permission to do so and I am not even a busyness and I have total respect for other peoples rights and privacy.
SO THIS COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOSE RESPECT THE
PRIVACY ACT TO PROTECT PEOPLE RIGHTS AND THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE PHONE RIGHTS OF THE OTHER PERSON THAT DON'T EVEN OWE THEM!!!!!!
This is a review is done by some one that doesn't even owe or has owed them a bill. I could could only pray that I never have to deal with them in any way good or bad because you never know what personal stuff they are giving out to some else.
