I attended a birthday brunch at Creme de le Crepe last weekend and had one of the worst experiences with the wait staff than I've had anywhere in years. We had a reservation but due to the hostess' inability to adhere to any sort of reservations or seating policy, we were kept waiting on the sidewalk for an hour. When we were finally seated, we waited for 10 minutes before resorting to asking the waitress to take our orders. She then unnerved us by waiting for each person at the table to shout out their request in any order, instead of making her rounds to each person. It was very maddening. The last straw was when our drinks failed to be replenished. While the food was excellent, I will not be patronizing this establishment again.
