Worst customer service ever! , I had to ship a prepaid package from Dish network to return equipment back but the owner denied my business & told me not to come to the store just because I argued with her that I usually place my packages on the side at least that's what most USPS , UPS & Fedex locations ask me to do all the time, but the store owner at this location is very rude, this is my second time I have problem, one time she called me off in front of customers that I was cutting off the person by placing the box on the side , ""when I place the box on the side, I leave its not like I want a receipt of I was cutting off in front of the customer, they can get to it when ever they like"" but she tells me I had to wait in line when I try to argue with her and tell her most other places I put on the side & I did that before here she shouts on me in front of customers & tells me not to come back like her father owns the company. she does not know how to run a business. that lady needs to trim her affro and lose the attitude! STAY AWAY PREPAID CUSTOMERS!!!
