Ups Store

Ok, so what planet are you from? First off you are not better than anyone else. Stand in line and wait your turn. Do not think you can just cut in front of everyone else and then on top if it be rude to the store owner or the employees for a prepaid package. You were not in there to do business and even if you were WAIT YOUR TURN! You want to just drop something off, go to a drop box or the Hub. These stores are very clean, convenient and a great help to customers who appreciate their location and use their services. You don't get preferential treatment just because you want them to handle a package you did not ask them to ship for you but want to throw at them and run out the door. Not even in an emergency room do you get to jump in front of everyone else and I seriously doubt your Dish was the most important package to be shipped that day. Your day is not any more important than the other customers that needed service. This store is very professional, you are lying when you make the comment you were yelled at, YOU SIR are the rude and arrogant one who owes and should apologize to the owner, employees and the customers thay were there that day, which includes me. I take offense to your actions that day and comments in your review. more

Worst customer service ever! , I had to ship a prepaid package from Dish network to return equipment back but the owner denied my business & told me not to come to the store just because I argued with her that I usually place my packages on the side at least that's what most USPS , UPS & Fedex locations ask me to do all the time, but the store owner at this location is very rude, this is my second time I have problem, one time she called me off in front of customers that I was cutting off the person by placing the box on the side , ""when I place the box on the side, I leave its not like I want a receipt of I was cutting off in front of the customer, they can get to it when ever they like"" but she tells me I had to wait in line when I try to argue with her and tell her most other places I put on the side & I did that before here she shouts on me in front of customers & tells me not to come back like her father owns the company. she does not know how to run a business. that lady needs to trim her affro and lose the attitude! STAY AWAY PREPAID CUSTOMERS!!! more
