Review content:
We hired Beefy Lawn on 3/3/2010 to install sprinklers, put in landscape curbing and lay new sod for a 0.75 acre lot. We agreed this job would start as the weather permitted beggining with him putting in the water system and then leveling the dirt to prep for the sod. Months went by, many with very nice days and no work was done, instead Mr. Avery would ""stop by"" and advise ""we'll be back tomorrow"". The work was finally completed 5/8/2010 (not without numerous calls from us, including one call to have the curbing redone as it was done incorrectly) with a FOUR YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
Pros: seems know what he's talking about
Cons: quick to take your money but never shows up for work
