I had scheduled my appointment weeks in advance, and in the middle of my pedicure she just stood up and left without telling me where she was going. After she'd been gone for over 20 minutes, I asked one of the many girls standing around where she had gone, I was told that a friend had called in that morning for an ""emergency appointment."" They ""wished they could help me, but I was ""so-and-so's"" customer. I had to wait over 40 minutes for this girl to do an eyebrow waxing and ring up her customer. (Why did it take 40 minutes?!) The worst part was that there were several girls just standing around doing nothing, and they all kept wanting to talk about my wedding, but no one would finish doing my nails. I was given no discount and no apology.
