Review content:
We took our mower in to have the blade and one wheel replaced. That was over a month ago! We have repeatedly called to find out if it is ready. We have left countless messages and never had one returned. We have gone in 4 times to find out the status on the mower, the front desk ladies are very snotty and rude. They act like you are bothering them by being there. They claim to have a loaner mower that you can borrow- we have asked for it 6 times. It never seems to be available! I went in again this morning and it took them 15 minutes to even find our invoice, and then another 10 minutes to figure out that my mower was not yet ready. At this point, I just want my mower back. I will NEVER go to Mower Medic again!!!
