Shannon Johnson of Ramasses Shawdow Tattoos in Memphis is in a league of this own. (of course with his brother Kevin as well). The work is 3D color custom that I will cheerish forever-- Totally professional and nice people. Price is highest in Memphis but equal to other top artists in the nation at this LEVEL. He translates thoughts/ideas into a piece of art that was beyond my greatest expections!
