I have lived in two associations both managed by two different managment companies. By far, have I received the best customer service and attention since living in my second home which is managed by Optimum Property Management. I have gone through 2 managers however, both managers were great. In my previous home I had 3 managers and am thinking that is just how the industry is. I have attended many association meetings and there are so many unhappy homeowners that seem like all they want to do is take out their problems on everyone else. I could easily tell that this industry would NOT be for me as everyone just wants to complain about silly things. I also read the reviews prior to writing my own and am disgusted in reading some of the reviews as they seem like unhappy people in general. I really just wanted to put on here that I am VERY pleased to live where I do and to be managed and taken care of the way that I have. Due to reading some of the most recent reviews I will be visting this site more often as I feel that if you are doing a great job why not tell someone. Thank you Optimum Staff for always being so helpful with me!!!
