Review content:
I will never use them, or any small company for moving again. Reason being, they have cheap insurance with a $1000 per claim deductible. And guess who pays the deductible? The movers themselves. Now this might not bother most people but it bothers me. This company moved me about a week ago and the movers accidentally dented the gate outside my apartment with the truck. It was an unfortunate accident. The repair was $350. But instead of the companies insurance paying for it, they demanded that the movers who had the accident pay for it. How is that INSURANCE? These guys work their asses off all day and didn't even make $350 between them. I don't have it in me to take money from them. We all have accidents, that's what insurance is for but this companies insurance doesn't cover the drivers. A $1000 deductible? That the MOVERS have to pay? How would these hard working, low wage workers be able to cover that? I ended up just paying it myself. Next time I will do more research on the company and their insurance policy.
