I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMANY AGAIN 3/12/2012

I will never use them, or any small company for moving again. Reason being, they have cheap insurance with a $1000 per claim deductible. And guess who pays the deductible? The movers themselves. Now this might not bother most people but it bothers me. This company moved me about a week ago and the movers accidentally dented the gate outside my apartment with the truck. It was an unfortunate accident. The repair was $350. But instead of the companies insurance paying for it, they demanded that the movers who had the accident pay for it. How is that INSURANCE? These guys work their asses off all day and didn't even make $350 between them. I don't have it in me to take money from them. We all have accidents, that's what insurance is for but this companies insurance doesn't cover the drivers. A $1000 deductible? That the MOVERS have to pay? How would these hard working, low wage workers be able to cover that? I ended up just paying it myself. Next time I will do more research on the company and their insurance policy. more

Superb, Efficient Service 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support A-Team Movers deliver to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, a huge selection of plastic bags of clothing along with car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion generating the transition to the new location easier. I can't even imagine the way we could have done it without their support and yours. more

Very satisfied with the moving crew! 11/30/2011

We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose A-Team Movers in Simi Valley simply because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything humanly possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We had minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. As we have to move again, we are using A-Team Movers. more

Recommend these moving firm! 11/30/2011

In the morning of the move I had been very nervous. The team of movers was early and the supervisor of the team spoken with me and explained everything in my experience and when we finished all of the signatures all the boxes were already from my apartment. The team was extremely fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers like me. I would recommend A-Team Movers to anyone I understand. more

I moved my business in Simi Valley to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous pieces of art that were irreplaceable. I had learned about A-Team Movers and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of A-Team Movers excellent level of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without even a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

I hate moving, but they actually managed to get an enjoyable experience! A-Team Movers were punctual, friendly, helpful and solved the problem stay calm during my move. I'd some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, and they treated it using the greatest of care! Any queries I had they answered and they obviously knew the things they were doing. I would recommend A-Team Movers to anybody who wants a hassle free move. more

I did a lot of online research into well-rated Simi Valley moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. A-Team Movers gave me the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived within fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, A-Team Movers made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them. more

Recently i hired A-Team Movers to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about A-Team Movers, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the many years of living in Simi Valley and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move fast and painless, but the estimate I was given held true at the end of the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

Trustworthy and budget friendly 10/23/2011

It was my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and all sorts of were answered patiently through the very patient Christi who won my opportunity with the professionalism. Every little detail she gave me and my husband when we conference called concerning the hourly price and extra expense of supplies, was a big help on the move day. We were packed and ready for your movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That has been a good start and I was glad the afternoon kept going in that direction. They were always smiling, even with the super hot day I ended up moving on. A-Team Movers made my move fast and simple. more

Very professional moving company! 6/25/2011

My family used A-Team Movers movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 4 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 5 hours with 2 packers. A-Team Movers moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend A-Team Movers movers in Simi Valley! more

Extremely satisfied with this mover! 5/14/2011

I hired A-Team Movers to move me on Saturday. Based on the friends recommendation, I knew that they would at least show up-which was my main concern. My initial phone call lowered my ""moving anxiety level"" considerably. The day before the move, the lead man on the job called me to discuss the move and furthered the lowering of my anxiety. On the morning of the move day, they showed up promptly and went straight to work. I know that there are issues with nefarious movers ""milking the clock"". Besides, the fact that there is a high level of integrity, these guys are too busy to lollygag. Not one thing was broken. Recommend...recommend...recommend! more

\r Very professional and courteous movers! They stay in communication well via phone and e-mail. I needed emergency moving, and Flat Rate had movers at my door hours after I called. They performed a cross country move in a very short period of time, for an affordable price. I definitely recommend!\r \r more

Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/18/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more
