We do not priactice having a piss poor attitude here at Carolina Trailer as one review claims. We keep our customers information private regardless of the situation. In order for someone to have reprints of legal documentation, the original customer has to sign whats called a hold harmless agreement along with paying a fee of $45.00. Notice this customer didn't buy from Carolina Triailer but from an individual. That individual should have been given all the nesessary paperwork by the seller. If the seller had a problem, they could have contacted us. If they had contacted us, we could have helped. Please take note, they aren't saying they paid for information and didn't get it. Seems Carolina Trailer didn't let this perosn down, the seller did. Passing on the aggravation and blame on us seems to be unfair. As the old saying goes, theres two sides to every story... We have no fault in this situatuion...
