We do not priactice having a piss poor attitude here at Carolina Trailer as one review claims. We keep our customers information private regardless of the situation. In order for someone to have reprints of legal documentation, the original customer has to sign whats called a hold harmless agreement along with paying a fee of $45.00. Notice this customer didn't buy from Carolina Triailer but from an individual. That individual should have been given all the nesessary paperwork by the seller. If the seller had a problem, they could have contacted us. If they had contacted us, we could have helped. Please take note, they aren't saying they paid for information and didn't get it. Seems Carolina Trailer didn't let this perosn down, the seller did. Passing on the aggravation and blame on us seems to be unfair. As the old saying goes, theres two sides to every story... I went to buy a wheel hub for my broken trailor even after reading the bad review to see for myself. The girls there are just about cetifide to be full country. My visit was a good one to say the least. They joked with me and others there and was very helpfull when I had questions. They didn't have to go and find out the answers. I left wanting to have a reason to return for the funnies. I am taking time to write this after two months of dealing with them because their service was just that remarkable. I had a recent interaction with Carolina Trailer in Rock Hill I would like to pass along. I bought a used trailer from it's original owner that was sold new by this dealer. The first owner chose not to title it but I wanted to get a title for the trailer. In order to do so I needed a copy of the original bill of sale to prove to the DMV that the sales tax was paid. The party I purchased it from no longer had the receipt. DMV told me to go to the dealer and get a copy from them. Despite repeated attempts to get this document they NEVER did produce it! Their attitude could only be described as PITIFUL! I learned one very valuable lesson from this liason with this dealer. There is absolutely NOTHING I will ever need from Carolina Trailer! Fortunately we are blessed here in Rock Hill with several other good places to buy comparable trailers. My advice is, drive a mile further and spend a dollar more and steer clear of a business who treats potential customers anything like these people! Pros: Wasn't able to find any!
