I don't know what these people are expecting, but this place was wonderful. Superb treatment. I went for a 90 minute Sports Massage and Kara was awesome. Yes, the Spa is located in the basement, which had absolutely no affect on the the service or treatment provided to me. If I'm not mistaken, most spa services are offered behind closed doors anyway unless it's beach/poolside. Clearly, this place doesn't offer either so who cares that it's in the basement. I read complaints about low lighting...it's all about the ambiance of relaxation and stress relief. When my services were complete, I felt absolutely stress free!
It appeared nice and clean. I never felt that I was in an unsanitary environment. The pricing was comparable with other Spas in the area. I will definitely go back again and again. My experience was great! Try it for yourself. I'm confident in saying you won't be disappointed.
