I have been using Tony's for about 4 years & love it. I have tried a couple other places that were more convenient location wise & was always disappointed in the quality compared to Tony's. As a heel wearing girl in NYC, you run into lots of shoe issues. He always does great work & will be honest with you if something is not fixable. Instead of charging to fix something that won't hold up. I recommend this place to everyone I know and still use it even though I work downtown now. He opens at 7:30 too which is great to drop off shoes before work & pick them up on lunch!
