My first and only experience shopping at Walk This Way was to place a special order on Dec. 22, 2007, which I paid for in advance. As of this date (Jan. 18, 2008), my order has not yet arrived. I called once after New Year's and was told that nothing had come in because the manufacturer was closed for the holidays. When I called back today, I was told that the order had not arrived yet because Boston was snowed in. I politely expressed my frustration at this four week wait. Rather than being treated with some sympathetic reply, I was told that I was free to cancel that order and that I was giving undue attitude. I hung up in frustration after I was told that I was speaking to ""one of the managers."" I am canceling the order tomorrow. In summary, rude and uncaring staff/management and sloppy service.
