The reasont why I am writing this is to inform anyone who is cincidering labri's management apartments...They are some cheater and they will cheat you out of all of your money..for example: Me and my boyfriends decided to rent from them because we had just had a baby girl in october of 2009 and we needed a place to stay so we moved in nov of 2009...it is now nov.2010 and our lease is up dec.1..we did not recieve any notice that we had to put our 30 day notice in..and from my understanding we have to be out by dec.1 so we have found another place and labri is telling us tht we cannot move with out puttin our 30day notice in or they will put it on our credit...please do not get ur self in the same situation....
