My wife and I had a pool built by Pelican and we are happy with how the pool turned out. We were happy with the hard working team of guys they had working on our pool, even if it did take them several weeks longer that they had originally said it would. The reason we give them only 1 star is because once you give them the final payment, they couldn't care less about you. We have had SEVERAL issues since the completion of our pool, and each time it gets increasingly more difficult to get a response from anyone at the company. It is very frustrating. This lack of service after the sale is inaccessible in our opinion.
