Silhouette has excellent decor, dim lighting, friendly and accommodating servers, and the best sushi in town at a great value. Try the chirashi, which includes over 12 kinds of fish and shelfish sushi on a bed of seasoned rice, all at a price cheaper than if you ordered individual nigiri. Come on a night when Kevin, the head sushi chef, is at the sushi bar. Their coctails, such as the lychee martini, or the fresh fruit sake martinis, are also amazing. Note: Silhouette only carries a few non-sushi dishes.
