Silhouette is a simple go-to when we have an everyday-sushi craving and don't feel like springing for Uchiko. It's great grubhub delivers from them, so we decided to try it at home.
The sushi from Silhouette is neither impressive nor unimpressive - just basic and can sometimes be quite satisfying. Our order was missing one roll, and instead we got a salad with a TON of greens and some pieces of pretty good, fresh salmon with a sweet ginger dressing. Not what we were expecting to get, but not bad either for around $30 for two people.
