I could not believe how great these guys were and how they kept me informed right up to delivery of my product. They let me know where I was on the list for the item and they had it to me in quicker time than I could imagine even with the short delay from Yamaha. I still to this day am the only one in the major California area who has the TYROS4 and even the major retailer DO NOT have it in the stores yet and will not for a couple of months
What can I say From Frank to Dave, just great to work with. If they don't have something in stock they call you back and let you know. That is one reason I like them they try not to make promises that they have no control over and if something comes up, they let you know ASAP which allows you alternatives to take.
I have recommended several friends to them and will continue based on price and SERVICE. They can not be beat. I have dealt with the large retailers in Los Angeles, the guitar centers, Sam Ashes, etc. The guys at Audiworks take a back seat to no one. If you want service and a great price this is the price. I would and will recommend them to anyone and I live in California. That has to say something about them.
