Review content:
I?ve purchased all the appliances in both of my homes for 20+ years from Warner Stellian. Recently bought a Jenn-air stove with extended warrantee. Warrantee has ?no lemon? clause in it -3 breakdowns in 1 year replace the product. Neither WS or the company that sells the warrantee (NEI?) will replace the stove after 7 visits!
Warner Stellian upper management will not return my phone call or respond to my letter. The Warner kids run the company now. Their father Jim Warner was very honest and sold me my first freezer and microwave -20 years ago. Now his kids seem like they could care less about (long term or short term) customers.
I thought we had a good thing going but will never shop at WS again. I don?t think WS will be in business for long. I?m very sad and disappointed. Burn your customers at your own peril.
