Warners' Stellian Appliance

Spent 3k+ on getting new appliances and they delivered me a lemon french door fridge. As soon as the men left I opened and shut the fridge side only to have the freezer side open and not close. I have wood floors! If i had frozen food in there and it melted it could warp my floor boards! I reported it right away but they won't come out to look at it for a whole week and said it could be another week or two till they can fix the seal! I didn't buy a scratch and dent! It's not unreasonable to expect a working new item when it's delivered. It's not like a year or two has gone by and then needed something. What happen WS? Greed, much?! more

(Edina location) After four months of being told why they cannot solve the problem with our new washer, we are just now getting some advice that may be of use. Maybe. I am not sure that I would recommend this business to someone I like. more

We bought a new stove - actually the floor model. We have had it about a month, and we just love it. Our old oven didn't always turn on, so it is wonderful to have a stove that actually works when we want it to. We haven't used all of the features on it yet, but we really like it. The delivery people were very nice, and took our old stove, and installed the new one. We really like buying from Warners' Stellian, and will continue to buy our appliances here. more

My dishwasher has a 5 year warranty on it, its been a problem the whole 4 years I have had it. Now that its getting close to the lemon law replacement they wont do anything with it. The last repair man they sent out, Denise, saw the wire that hangs from the door and would not do anything about it saying he was only sent out because it was leaking. He took the front of the door off and when he put it back together he left four screws out so when I opened it fell apart. I had a friend come over who found the four screws on the floor and put it back together. I could not do any of this as I am in a wheelchair. On top of this they charged me $53.70 for the so called repairs. That much money so he could take it apart and not even put it back right. I got no help from the store when dealing with them. They even told me they were glad that I would not come back. Take that as a sign and stay away. more

I?ve purchased all the appliances in both of my homes for 20+ years from Warner Stellian. Recently bought a Jenn-air stove with extended warrantee. Warrantee has ?no lemon? clause in it -3 breakdowns in 1 year replace the product. Neither WS or the company that sells the warrantee (NEI?) will replace the stove after 7 visits! Warner Stellian upper management will not return my phone call or respond to my letter. The Warner kids run the company now. Their father Jim Warner was very honest and sold me my first freezer and microwave -20 years ago. Now his kids seem like they could care less about (long term or short term) customers. I thought we had a good thing going but will never shop at WS again. I don?t think WS will be in business for long. I?m very sad and disappointed. Burn your customers at your own peril. more

We were modifying our kitchen and decided on S.S. appliances. We did our due diligence and shopped about (5) different places, and found Warner Stellians to have the best package price deal for (4) pieces. When they arrived for installation the installers were very proficient and knew what they were doing. Overall a great shopping experience. more

We went into the store a day before this past Labor Day. We were not attacked when we walked into the store. The lady that eventually helped us as we then wanted some help, was very nice and she knew how to answer our questions. My husband will always say, this store is the best one to buy appliances from and he was right. The new convection, flattop range is simply beautiful in white and we love the convection cooking from the stove. more

I came to Warner's right before closing time. The salesperson stayed late on a holiday to complete my transaction so I could get the rebates which ended that day. I really do appreciate what he did for me. He also sent me the rebate forms with copies of the reciepts for each rebate...twice! The install people were very nice and competent too. The first one got lost in the mail. I am Warner's biggest fan and I love my new stainless appliance set and washer and dryer set. Thanks Warner's Stallion! more

Bought from Warners Stellian because of free delivery - discovered it's free because that's about what it's worth. I paid $9,000 for 4 appliances within a 2-month period. They delivered the kitchen appliances but didn't level any of them. Then they delivered the washer and it leaked during hookup which they said was due to the threads on our coupling - but when we replaced it, it still leaked because the problem was actually their leaky hoses! more

I can't believe it. I bought a kitchenaid stove, we paid over $800.00 for it and not even 3 months later the lettering on the knobs have come off. I'm very dissapointed in my purchase. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and will be looking for a new stove. more

My wife and I were in the market for a new washer and dryer. We had an idea of what we wanted.......a front loading set......other then that, we had not a clue what brand to get. We spent some time looking at Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Sears, and Appliance Mart.......We talked to sales people at all the stores listed above and I just was not getting the info we needed.....When I would ask them a question they would look at the info card next to the price and see if the answer was there.......I card read the card myself.....I was not impressed. We found a set at Lowes that looked good and we were almost ready to buy, but I remembered Warners Stellian. I always like to by a product from a expert. So when we went to Warners I was hoping to get more info. We walked into their store not to far before they closed, so I half expected to get the nasty looks and lack of info because they wanted to get home. I got the total opposite. The sales person welcomed us as we walked in (not right on top of us....they gave us room to breathe). They asked what we were looking for and we told them a front loading set. She brought us over to the Washer and Dryers and showed us numerous choices that were on sale and meet out needs. We settled on a pair of LGs. They then mentioned that they had free delivery, recycling of the old units, and set up. SOLD....the washer and dryer was delivered on time and the two guys were polite, fast, and clean......This is were all my appliances will be purchased from. Great Experience more

When our dryer didn't dry anymore, we shopped around a bit before going to Warners' Stellian. When we heard that they had the staff to deliver, take away our old, and install the new - all in one trip - we knew we had found the company to work with. With a gas dryer, no one else would deliver and install. We would need to schedule more than one visit from more than one professional. Not with Warners' Stellian. They respected our time and could take care of us in one trip. more

We purchased 4 kitchen appliances from Warners Stellian - Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. We have a 1950's vintage home with very old appliances. We needed to spruce up the kitchen in a hurry as we had an appraiser coming to the house on Monday morning. We came into Warners Stellian on a Thursday evening.... nothing like cutting it close..... But we told our sales person our situation and he helped us pick out appliances that would be in stock and deliverable before Monday! more

We are very satisfied with our new appliances that we purchased a package of a price. We do not have any problems but we used the new dishwasher first time since three years when old one broke down. At first time water was standing inside. We got puzzled and called for a help. What a bummer! the technican came next day and knew what it was. He pulled the pipes under the sink and cleaned all dirts to plug the hole from the hose. Then it ran smooth and do not have any problems afterwards. We love the stove so much because it controls proper temperature than old stove. we enjoy baking or cooking in oven now. Pros: Excellent Service more

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I've received from the Maple Grove Warner's Stellian. I bought a new stacking, front-load washer and dryer last Spring. The delivery people installed it, made sure it worked, and left. A few minutes after they'd left, water started coming out from under the washer which turned out to be the drain backing up. It amazes me how the owners of Warner Stellian can sleep at night. I don't care if you call and leave a message 100 times a day, you will not get a return call from the sales person. Our refrigerator has not worked from day 1 and it is now almost 2 week s, we are without a fridge and can't get anyone to help! We decided to finish our basement and add a full bar/kitchen. We dropped into WS to see what they had to offer. The showroom was very nice and the selection was great. So... we placed an order for over $10,000 in appliances. We purchased 4 Amana appliances and the dishwasher has been trouble from the start. Poor installation causes the door to stick and at least a quarter of the dishes and half the silverware needs to be re-washed after each load. We've gotten nothing but the runaround (water isn't hot enough, too little detergent, too much detergent, etc.). It's like they think we never owned a dishwasher before! This is the only one we've had trouble with. Can't recommend that anyone buy from WS due to the terrible customer service we've received. What ever happened to customer service? The customer is always right? Well at this store they've never heard of this concept. I bought all new appliances recently for my new construction home (my builder suggested Geyers...but I got all caught up in WS's rebates and Simon Deliver coupons...NEVER AGAIN! ) The Frigidaire dishwasher stopped working just shy of 2 weeks after being installed. WS could care less about getting it fixed. Lied when they said they would place a service call. I finally had to find one myself. Told me that they have nothing to do with the equipment they sell after the sale. Funny, no one told me that during the sale. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for your appliance needs.
