My experience with Service King Frisco, and in particular Dustin Allison has been outstanding. My damaged vehicle was picked up on time, and within hours, I was receiving e-mails on the status of the damage. The communication from Dustin was a tremendous help in keeping me informed and up to date on the exact status of the repairs. Dustin was able to answer every question I had, and he made me feel extremely comfortable that he and all of the Service King staff had only one goal; 100% Customer Satisfaction. The thoroughness and quality control were evident throughout the entire process and in the finished product. It is nice to know that when a traumatic incident such as an accident happens, there are people such as Dustin and Companies such as Service King that will take the repair burden off of one's shoulders.
