Service King Collision Repair

I am not sure how the Service King could get 5 star.. joke of the century ha..ha ha !!\r \r One of the worst and stupid place in the whole world. They are so adamant and not care for anyone but themselves. Believe me, I have been working with them in two occasions recently and I would never take time to write this review if they were any close to being normal and behave like human beings.\r \r Don't go by the ratings, you can imagine who gave those 5 stars for this crap place more

As it would happen , they say that bad things happen in threes, well that day was July 12th. My Car had died on the side of the road and my wife and kids were rear ended by some idiot who just left without any care in the world, just about 600 yrds from me. After much finicky persistance of getting ahold of the party responsible, his insurance took full responsibility and provided me here. This place was clean, prompt , and to the point. They took care of everything that was wrong on the vehicle from the point of impact. The workmanship, quality , fit and finish was bar none excellent and amazing. Our only issue we had was that the lift glass was not transferred from the existing damaged part. However a cosmetic issue, this does not hinder my opinion whatsoever. My vehicle is back to its original beauty and finish as if nothing ever happened. Such excellent service, updates as needed and not pushy about them, extremely patient and understanding during the whole process, and great work when done. Dustin and his team are amazing and I would reccommend them to anyone. 100% Customer Satisfaction was achieved and Quality Control was beyond anything i have seen in the past. Simply Awesome! My experience with Service King Frisco, and in particular Dustin Allison has been outstanding. My damaged vehicle was picked up on time, and within hours, I was receiving e-mails on the status of the damage. The communication from Dustin was a tremendous help in keeping me informed and up to date on the exact status of the repairs. Dustin was able to answer every question I had, and he made me feel extremely comfortable that he and all of the Service King staff had only one goal; 100% Customer Satisfaction. The thoroughness and quality control were evident throughout the entire process and in the finished product. It is nice to know that when a traumatic incident such as an accident happens, there are people such as Dustin and Companies such as Service King that will take the repair burden off of one's shoulders.
