I have had a horrible experience with this company! After taking our binder fee of $500.00 dollars, the calls have come less and less, and then not at all. My husband and I have left message after message, with no return calls. We even had a closing date set with these people two months ago, it was canceled due to our loan falling through, the real estate agents did not even bother to call us to let us know that we would not be closing. I am ready to hire a Mortgage Attorney and contact the Fair Housing Act.
