These fine folks have been doing a great job smoking que and pleasing a multitude of patrons the past couple of years, the first of many cropping up the last couple of years - Inside the Perimeter. The Pulled Pork, St Louis center cut Pork Ribs and Chicken have been well smoked & quite tasty. 'Even tasty Salmon for the Metro bunch. Sides are contemporary: fresh, good & wholesome; service is generally prompt. I'll admit the sauce is no great shakes, but the meats are suberb, portions generous like most 'que folks-classless classically trained chefs excepted-expect. For the record, this writer has smoked tons of 'que and ribs himself and judged same in both TX & GA; enjoyed/eaten 'que in a 100+ joints between Savannah & San Luis Opisbo. Yummmm. Pros: Truly Smoked, Huge Portions, Fine Value Cons: , Prefer Turkey Warm
