My daughter who is a student and has no job spent less then 15 minutes with a staff member who pressured her into signing an apt by saying if you don't sign it right now the apt will be gone. After ashe signed the lease she was told she had to get a co sigher, she could not get a co-signer and they are telling her she can't move in because they won't approve her credit, but she still has to pay the entire year lease. This is wrong, she doesnt have to honor the lease if she is not approved.
