Review content:
I work about two blocks away from Caffe Primo, and always wanted to check it out but after reading mixed reviews about how it was over-rated and too expensive for what it's worth, I held off for a while...until today. I was determined to go there for lunch and if anything try their yogurt gelato, which I heard is better than Pinkberry (it's soooo true). Parking would be kind of difficult but fortunately I didn't have a problem because I snagged a space right across the street. I ordered a turkey-havarti panini to go and got a gelato along with it. When I was trying to decide what flavor to get, they even told me I could mix it up and get two flavors! I had the original yogurt and yogurt with berries, and they were absolutely heavenly. I was really sad when I finished it. I moved onto the panini, and it's definitely one of the best sandwiches I've had. I especially love the cranberries--it gives the sandwich a twist and really adds to it in a good way. It comes with a salad, and I usually hate salad, but their mixed greens salad was so good and not overly drenched with dressing as most salads are, so I was actually able to eat all of it. Spectular meal, and although I can see why many would complain that it's pricey, I say you only live once and this cute little cafe is definitely not to be overlooked :)
Pros: layout, location, service, the amazing food!
Cons: parking
