I purchased a used 2010 vehicle from Zach at Budget Car Sales in Tifton, GA in April 2010. I paid cash at time of purchase and paid what was offered. Zach had sold the car to me with an upgraded tire package and with the understanding, in writing, that when my sons came to pick up the car a month later that he would provide 4 stock tires and wheels that we could install on the car to replace the upgraded tires that we didn't want. When my sons picked up the car, 4 tires were provided, no wheels and 2 of the tires were unusable. One had a nail in it. Zach twice said that he would ship the tires and wheels to my son's house. It is July and they have never appeared.
Pros: The car is nice
Cons: Dealer has Shown Lack of Integrity
