We held our quarterly managers meeting this evening at the Luna Rosa, and were pleasantly surprised how wonderful the staff made the service so personalized. We are in the food industry as well, and take customer service, quality, and environment to be the top keys to a successful business and experience. From the moment I reserved the room, to ordering the meal, it was very notable service. We were even greeted by the new Manager and Head Chef. Impressive! The food was outstanding, and the flavor was ambrosial. We look forward to revisiting soon.
