Review content:
We've taken our pets here for about 8 months, and a combination of many small things has left us wanting to change vets. Many times when we have an appointment, we still have to wait to be seen (once for a whole hour). I still don't know who our vet is because nobody ever introduces themselves as the vet, the tech, etc, and we see someone different everytime! They are always very busy and appear overbooked and disorganized. When we call for minor emergencies, we are told to drop off the pet in the morning, and it will be worked in during the day, and we can pick it up at night. They need to leave space in their schedule for last-minute appts like this. Its inconvenient to make two trips there in one day, and we hate to leave the pets in their kennel all day for a 15 minute visit with the vet. Also, when one pet was spayed, she came down with worms two days later. She never goes outdoors, and we don't know where else she could've been exposed to it except at the vet. Then her incision got infected. We just feel its time to switch to somewhere that has better service.
Pros: Friendly, not too expensive, open on saturdays
Cons: Messy, long waits
