I have been going to the Nashville office for nearly 1.5 years, and at the beginning it was a nice office atmosphere but it has changed for the WORSE since Melissa has become the ""Office Manager"". This lady is beyond rude, and doesn't even take the time to greet you when she is sitting at the front desk. Also, I show up a few minutes for my appointments, and i generally have to wait at least 10-15 minutes while the three girls have a conversation in the back room laughing, talking, and basically doing nothing. During my last appointment I was told that their computer was ""down"", and so they couldn't make a new appointment; this happens often. Again, the computer seems to ""go down"" conveneintly when I show up for an appointment, and they say that they will have to ""squeeze"" me in; this is very odd, since I never see any other patrons in the office when I am there. I would be remiss if Ididn't mention the lack of cleanliness of the office, as well as that it feels like a temporary office. I have some time to go before my treatments are over, so I have to unwillingly keep going to this office, but if they opened up another office, say in Green Hills, and fire Melissa, then maybe I would fee differently. Another item to mention is that while I was sitting in the waiting room, the phone rang while Melissa was sitting at the front desk, and she let it ring and ring, and then let the answering machine answer the call,. I witnessed this several times while I was sitting there, and Melissa finally answered the call when it was a friend of hers-- so I know this is happening when I call because I ALWAYS, and I mean always get the answering machine, and it is much, much later or even the next day before I get a call back. I often wonder if they say that their ""system"" is down when they want long-time repeating customers to forget to make an appointment--I would love to be a fly on the wall to hear about THAT policy. This place has got to change, or they should leave town! Pros: Up-to-Date Lasers, the tech are skilled and have good customer service. Cons: Melissa!!!!!, Atmosphere UNPROFESSIONAL!, Office dirty! DONT GO HERE!
