I have been receiving treatments for over a year at American Laser Center in Bretntwood, TN, and have had nothing but friendly customer service and a welcoming atmosphere everytime I enter through the doors. Not only have I had an incredible reduction in hair loss on my legs, (which is cause for much celebration!!!)but the staff at ALC is very courteous and helpful. Melissa, the manager, has been helpful every step of the way, and I even have received referral incentives due to sending the company new business! Melissa has given me complimentary microdermabrasions, and my skin is looking fabulous for summer approaching! The techs are very helpful as well, and guide me each time through the laser procedure. (It does hurt a bit..nothing unbearable.) I am in the process of purchasing a new package to improve the aging ME, and know the results will be well worth the money. I would recommend this center to ANYONE!!!
Pros: Friendly Staff, Great Results!!!!!!!
Cons: Far from my home, but well worth the drive!!!
