I am a current client at American Laser in Brentwood and after refering a friend who then looked on city search and told me about the few bad reviews. Well I can tell you that as a client currently I can't believe these reviews. I have never been treated poorly there. The staff remembers things that I tell them and ask me how my children are and how my vacation was, things like this that make you aware of how much they care. I also get the Vela treatments and have seen great results. I lead a lifestyle that supports the results of the treatment and my husband noticed! Also they are very honest with the fact that they are a busy clinic and encourage you to make your appointments much in advanced so you can come the time that you want to, if you don't take their advice to schdule in advance it is out of their control if you can't get the apointment time you want. I have had a great experince and they have done everything they can to work with me when I've been running late or had to change an appointment. I have and will continue to tell people to go to this clinic. The other reviews sound more like person attacks which seems out of line for a website like this,
Pros: a staff that cares
Cons: busy schdule but can be avoided.
