I HAD THE HORRIBLE AS THEY SAY COTTAGE CHEESE LOOK ON THE BACK OF MY UPPER LEGS, FRONT,INSIDE AND OUT. I WAS EMBARRASSED TO WEAR SHORTS OR A SKIRT AND HAVENT WORN A BATHING SUIT IN 3 YEARS WITHOUT A LONG WRAP SKIRT DUE TO EMBARRASMENT OF MY THIGHS. I SAW A SHOW ON THE ENTERTAINMENT CHANNEL WHERE A STAR HAD WENT TO AMERICAN LASER CENTERS & HAD HER CELLULITE REMOVED SO AT ONCE I LOOKED THE MACHINE UP & FOUND THEIR WEBSITE & THE ONLY PROVIDER FOR THE VELASHAPE IS AMERICAN LASER CENTERS IN MOST AREAS INCLUDING MINE. I CALLED & THE HELPFUL STAFF AT THEIR OFFICE SCHEDULED ME A FREE ASSESSMENT. I WENT TO THEIR BRENTWOOD OFFICE WHERE THEY HAVE THE ONLY MACHINE IN A 150MILE RADIUS & TALKED WITH THEIR MANAGER MELLISA. I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS A FIRST BUT SHE MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED & LET ME KNOW I'M NOT ALONE IN THIS BATTLE AS MOST EVERY WOMAN SUFFERS FROM CELLULITE ALSO. WE TALKED, SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE, THE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS, & WHAT I WOULD HAVE TO DO TO HELP BY EATING WELL & DRINKING WATER. SHE LOOKED AT MY PROBLEM AREAS & SHE MADE A PLAN TO FIT ME TO ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS. MY PART WAS TO EXERCISE & PREPARE SO WE SCHEDULED ALL 6 OF MY VISITS TO START 2 WEEKS LATER. IT WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE @ TIMES BUT WELL WORTH IT. I LOST 9.5lbs & MY PANTS WERE SO LOOSE THAT I WENT TO TRY A DIFFRENT SIZE & I AM EXCITED TO SAY I WENT DOWN A PANTS SIZE & THEY ARE STILL BAGGY IN THE LEG AREA. SINCE I HAVE HAD 2 CHILDREN I HAVE NOW DECIDED TO DO MY STOMACH AREA- I'VE STILL GOT A PUDGE FROM MY KIDS THAT NEVER SEEMED TO GO AWAY. I AM GOING TO BE 40YRS SOON & THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE & NEXT I PLAN TO GET THEIR SAFE SKIN SERVICES FOR MY FACE TO HELP MY WRINKLES. I HAVE SENT 2 FRIENDS THERE & RECEIVED $200 WITH THEIR REFERRAL PROGRAM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR OFFICE TO ANYONE & THE STAFF IS VERY SWEET & ALWAYS MAKE ME SMILE. THEY NEVER FORGET YOUR NAME & REMEMBER THE LITTLE THINGS THAT ARE GOING ON IN MY LIFE WHICH REALLY MAKES ME FEEL GOOD TO KNOW THEY LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY..
Pros: Melisa the manager, Sara her Assistant, & the Techs are very helpful & professional! BEST OF ALL-LOOKING AT MY LEGS IN THE MIRROR!
Cons: hard to find the 1st visit because it is located in a medical office building
