DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES! The staff is a hit or miss.. some women there are wonderful and take time to do the laser hair removal treatment making sure each spot is treated thoroughly. However 8/10 times you will have the opposite staffer who seems tired, bored, annoyed to work etc. They skim over the area and rush through which makes no progress in your hair removal. Every time one of the staff asked me to refer a friend, buy another area at a discount, etc I responded ""How could I refer anyone when it doesn't work for me?"" or ""why would I ever spend another penny when I've had such a bad experience?"" The reason I kept going after the initial year contract is because the next 2 years were ""free"". Free as in I already forked over $2,000 into this package so I may as well get treatments. The last 10 months of my ""free"" treatments were more of a hassle just to get there, wait usually 15 minutes or more and then be rushed out. Many times I had a 9am appointment and would beat the staff there. They often seemed as if they had just woken up and the service was worse than if I had come in the afternoon. Problem with afternoon is they always ran behind so you would have to wait longer. I wouldn't recommend this center or any other ALC to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE service and the staff seems unprofessional -except the couple girls I had over the course of 3 years!
