Ordered crab and it was bad.The manager asked what the problem was, we said we would like to order something else. Well he let the owner/chef know, and she refused to take the dish back. Tthe manager came back out and said th owner was too busy, handed me the check for the full amount and walked away. The owner finally came out . She then started to yell at us, saying the crab was perfect and if I didnt pay the whole amount she would call the cops.I was furious by her behavior and customer service skills, she kept going on about how she was tired and having a long night and didnt have time for this crap. She eventually gave in and had the manager comp us the dish. She told us to pay the damn bill and never come back. WE wont be back, not after that
