I've been going to Katana since ithe grand openning. I see one of the owenrs, Kathy. This woman has some amazing talent as a colorist and stylist. I have incredibly difficult hair to work with and everytime I leave the salon I feel like a million bucks. Over the past year I've gone from pretty long hair to a short and sashy cut and I completely love it. I totally trusted Kathy when she recommended I go in this direcdtion. The staff is fun, professional and friendly. The customer service is through the roof. I like the consultative approach taken in both the salon and spa. The owners are really interested in understanding your issues and work with you to try to solve them. They offer free samples of most products so you can try before you buy which is a huge bonus. I'd highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone looking for a lift or new look. It's worth the trip and I'm happy to stay away from the inflated prices and long waits in Boston!
