This business is very unprofessional, unpunctual, and rude. I ended up asking for my paperwork back and walking out of the place. They give you an appointment then call every person that comes in after you, before you. Then when asked why this it happening, the secretary's response is "" first of all there are no appointments."" Seems weird to me since I have an email infront of me saying to be there on April 28th at 9:00am. Do they not know the defintion of appointment. I would have had to wait another 45 minutes for them to even try to fix the problem. Who needs this. You are expected to be responsibe, pleasent and punctual but they can get away with not. That's bad business in my book. I would not reccomend this place to people I hate!
