I have applied to ads on Tucson Help Wanted com posted by Employment Hotline. If you do get called, you are asked to come in and fill out an application and have a very brief cursory interview with an account rep. This is where the BLACK HOLE comes in. After responding to many, many ads for which I had met or exceeded the criteria, I have yet to gain even an interview with an employer. In fact, I had been ""forgotten"" about and had to re-apply with Employment Hotline two months after applying with them initially. Don't waste you valuable time with these people. I highly suggest more responsive placement agencies.
