In July I made a purchase in the store at which I had shopped several times. Always in a hurry to and from the train I pulled 2 bras from a shelf in my size. The bras were rung up as being in the correct size. and I have the sales receipt to prove it. When I went to wear one a few weeks later , it was the correct size and I did not think twice about it. A few weeks after that I went to wear the second one, still in the bag in its wrapping paper, and although hanging on the shelf that held my size and rung up by the sales clerk as being my size, I discovered it was not my size. I put the bag in my briefcase. One morning, probably in August or Septebmer, hurrying from the train I went to the store which is supposed to open at 8 AM. Locked. Another day I zipped over at lunch, only to find a note that said "closed and we will be back soon". I left the bag in my office. I travel a lot for work and was out three weeks in November after foot surgery. Today , December 5 2007, I attempted again. The clerk told me they had a seven day return policy and in addition the bra was "pulled" (it is not and if it is that is how they sold it to me) and the tag was off (of course the tag was off I had gone to wear it to discover it was not my size but the plastic pull for the tag and the tag were with the garment so it was pretty clear it had not been worn. ) So despite the fact that it was way past 7 days when I went to wear the garment and depsite the fact it is obviouls that it had never been worn, she would do nothing. Do not shop at that store. They are crooks.
