Up Dog was started by Meaghan Townsend who is probably one of the best yoga instructors in all of LA. Her class ROCKS, fun music at the same time you get real yoga instruction and learn a lot! She also helps people individually. Parking is easy and then after class I can grab a smoothie at Body Shop downstairs or the Starbucks below. Seen some major celebs there already! But it doesn't feel pretentious or ""sceney""--I hate that--I mean aren't we just working out, ya know? Which is probably why they like it.
Pros: Amazing teachers, friendly atmosphere, beautiful setting
