i love the warm friendly atmosphere i feel immediately after stepping through the front door of up dog. the staff is amazing and the teachers are incredible.
i love that i can have fun, sweat, listen to great music and workout all at the same time.
the yoga room is the most beautiful room i have been in with light wood floors with huge windows.
i can always fit a class into my schedule as they have classes all day long. they have showers to make any going to work or going out after class very easy.
love love love this place!!!!!! 100% recommend it!!!
