I've lived in los angeles for 10 years and Up Dog is definitely one of the best studios I've seen in a very long time! If you like easy check-in, experienced teachers, and and great studio space, I would say check out Up Dog.
There's no having to rush or wait in line to sign up for class like most gyms around town, and the parking is free. I've only taken Meaghan's yoga and Adam's spin, but I'll say their classes can compete with anyone in southern california, and best of all, they're right here in West Hollywood!
