I purchased an axle from them that was supposed to be a certain gear ratio. If not, it had a ""warranty"". When I got it home, I found it was incorrect and i couldn't use it. I called them and they promised to have the part by the weekend. I returned the incorrect part (that i was promised was correct) and got a ""credit"" and waited for the needed part to arrive. After two months of calling and asking, I gave up and filed with the BBB. Sanchez Auto Body would not respond to an inquiry. I finally filed with the small claims court and will see if I can get anything done that way. I asked 10 different times for a refund and was refused. This business is VERY DECEITFUL and anyone looking to do business with them should read their so called ""warranty"" before any purchase is made. After reading that, it will be clear that they are not a reputable company to do business with.
