Such a CROOKED business. If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars, this place and it's owner - Albert Sanchez - is MORE than deserving of -100 stars. He personally stripped new parts (New Battery, AC Condenser AND Compressor) off my car while it was in for repairs, as well as informed me be both verbally and in writing that he did repairs, when in fact he did not start, let alone complete all the repairs. (That's against the law in Texas!) Additionally he DOES NOT have a state license as an auto salvager/recycler. DO NOT use then for repairs OR to purchase parts. PLEASE NOTE - past positive reviews were as a result of dealing with the PREVIOUS owner and NOT the current owner. ALL reviews since Mr. Albert Sanchez took over are negative. Very Crooked Business 5/16/2012

I purchased an axle from them that was supposed to be a certain gear ratio. If not, it had a ""warranty"". When I got it home, I found it was incorrect and i couldn't use it. I called them and they promised to have the part by the weekend. I returned the incorrect part (that i was promised was correct) and got a ""credit"" and waited for the needed part to arrive. After two months of calling and asking, I gave up and filed with the BBB. Sanchez Auto Body would not respond to an inquiry. I finally filed with the small claims court and will see if I can get anything done that way. I asked 10 different times for a refund and was refused. This business is VERY DECEITFUL and anyone looking to do business with them should read their so called ""warranty"" before any purchase is made. After reading that, it will be clear that they are not a reputable company to do business with. more

Don't let the cheap prices fool ya!! 5/10/2012

We paid for a new engine and when my husband and our mechanic got there they tried to sell him the wrong engine. So after my husband called the police to the shop because he was refused a refund. Albert stated that he will find the right part in a few days and will get back to us. Weeks went by and Albert lied and said he found a part which was a lie he never found a part. My Aunt Tawni called David to see why they have not provided the part and lied about even finding a new part, David called her out her name and yelled at her on speakerphone. John immediately called her back and David was supposedly fired after the language and yet David answered the phone later. John said that he would find the part and offered to fix our car for $200 less than what we were paying our mechanic for the inconvenience. My husband accepted Johns offer and had our car towed up there and John said it will just take a couple of days. It has been another 3 weeks and all my husband kept hearing was a couple more days. Once I filed the complaint with BBB,they called my husband and told him to pick up the car without being fixed and they hardly done anything if anything to the car and they were moving the car to the front of the building to be picked up. I don t think anyone would be as patient as we were to give them 6 weeks to find a part and fix our car that the mechanic said will only take 3 days. They purposely put our car in a handicap spot and THEY called a tow company to tow our car. When my husband asked them why did they put the car in a handicap spot? John responded, they didn't it was towed in that spot by tow truck driver that originally towed the car to the shop. My Husband said, if that is the case you never even worked on the car and further why didn't you tell us that our car was in a handicap spot? He then said nothing and never explained. My husband ended the conversation by saying we will see you in court. John called my husband a bluff. They just don't know the chick they just messed with I contacted Becky Oliver on Channel 4 news, TDLR, Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau. and still going to take their butts to court.HA!! more
